This piece is a Tier 3 commission for the musician, Exiark (aka SoundSparkPony). The original artist of this piece is 
StePanda, from whom this piece was also commissioned by Exiark.
[EDIT] I decided to create a higher-quality with a better loop and music, which can be found on my youtube.
This was created using a combination of methods in Adobe Photoshop, Desktop Paints Animator and Adobe After Effects.
